HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
We accept online RESERVATIONS – which can be made via TouchBistro. We recommend booking ahead for Fridays & Saturdays. If you do not see your preferred time, it is because we are booked – TouchBistro will suggest other times and dates that are available.
Alternatively, reservations can be made by via email at info@alloramuskoka.com, Or by contacting the restaurant directly.
Please be advised, reservations may not be combined to create larger parties.

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE GROUP reservations?
Our largest table available for online booking seats up to 6 guests. if you would like to make a large group reservation, kindly email info@alloramuskoka.com for all inquires. We have very limited availability for groups larger than 6 people – please reach out in advance of your desired date.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Reservations can be adjusted directly on Touchbistro. You can edit your group size, and time (only if available). If TouchBistro is not allowing the change, it is because we do not have it available. Reservations can be cancelled online, via Touchbistro.
ARE CREDIT CARDS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to book any reservation, whether booking online or over the phone. Your credit card information is securely stored and encrypted via Stripe, a global payment processing company. We do not have access to your credit card information.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up to your reservation, there is a $30 fee per person. As long as you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, there is no fee and there will be no charge to your credit card.
A 15 minute grace period is allotted to your reservation time, kindly give us a call if you are running late!
PATIO RESERVATIONS
we do not take patio reservations – we seat it on a first come, first served basis.
DO YOU HAVE LIVE MUSIC?
Yes, we have live music in the evenings, on the patio beginning in June. Live music is weather-dependent.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE DESSERTS?
We do not allow cakes, pastries & other desserts to be brought into the restaurant.
CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE?
Our corkage fee is $30 per 750ml bottle – with a maximum of 2 bottles per table.
are you open for lunch?
We are open for lunch, from 11am – 3pm. our lunch menu will be offered.
Happy Hour is offered from 3pm – 5pm
WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday
DO YOU HAVE A KIDS MENU?
Though we do not have a children’s menu, we are happy to accommodate — and have children’s pasta and pizza options available upon request!
DO YOU ALLOW DOGS ON YOUR PATIO?
Yes! However, we do ask that your furry friend is leashed. We happily
provide a water bowl for all of our canine guests!
HOW DO I ORDER TAKEOUT?
Takeout can be ordered via phone, you can call the restaurant at (705) 789 – 1862.
Takeout can be picked up from the restaurant – once you arrive let our host know you’re here for pick up.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, absolutely! We have a physical gift cards available for purchase at the restaurant.
